This monograph was created on the basis of our multi-annual research in the field of sexual morality. It presents the research findings related to sexual morality. The research was conducted in Slovakia and the Czech Republic on a sample of 1022 individuals of young, middle and older adult age. In this publication, we bring new empirical data on sexual morality that belongs among unexplored areas in Slovakia. For a long time, ethical – descriptive studies have been out of the main scientific interest within the scope of ethics as a science that is dominantly understood as a philosophical discipline. There is an absence of research studies within the sexual ethics. This monograph presents new findings of ethical – descriptive research that are concentrated on the preferences in the area of sexual morality.
